Job Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word, being a collaborator, and having good people and communication skills.


Essential Functions:
Accounting & Financial Management
  • Prepare, reconcile, and post invoices for energy products and services.
  • Monitor customer accounts, apply payments, and assist with collection of payment.
  • Reconcile inventory and sales margins monthly to ensure product and cost accuracy.
  • Assist with imports from c-stores, and deposits.
Inventory & Cost Control
  • Track inventories; reconcile physical counts with system balances.
  • Verify product transfers, returns, and adjustments between locations.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure product usage is properly documented.
Billing & Customer Support
  • Generate customer invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy of quantities, and fees.
  • Support energy sales and operations with billing questions, corrections, and product pricing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about account balances, statements, and billing discrepancies.
  • Assist customers in placing fuel and propane orders and service work.
  • Backup for front desk, assist accounting department as needed.
  • Work closely with controller, and accounting department.
